INTEGRATED LINK LIMITED, a registered entity with the Corporate Affairs Commission

of Nigeria under registration number RC 634000 Our registered office is located at Block 1

premier road, Primary Education Board Road, Gusau Zamfara State. This platform is

developed for the Zamfara State Government to facilitate the registration, issuance, and

management of indigene certificates for residents of Zamfara State.

By accessing or using this portal, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the Platform

The Zamfara Smart Cert portal is solely intended for the registration, issuance, and

management of indigene certificates for residents of Zamfara State.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and up-to-

date. Submission of false or misleading information may result in penalties, delays, or

denial of certificate issuance.

2. Registration Process

Applicants are required to visit their respective Local Government Area (LGA)

Council offices, where designated officials will assist in the registration and certificate

issuance process using the web portal.

The issuance of certificates will be subject to verification and approval by authorized

officials in accordance with state regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for indigene certificates must be made through the secure Payu payment

system integrated into the platform. Users are responsible for completing the payment

process, and Zamfara Smart Cert is not liable for failed or incomplete transactions.

Refunds are not available once payment is processed, except in cases of proven technical

errors or faults in the system. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the

4. Data Protection

Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our

Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data

for the purposes of certificate processing and verification.

We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized

payment processors.5. User Responsibilities

Users must not engage in any activities that compromise the security or performance of

the platform, including attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the

portal.

manipulation, will result in immediate suspension of access and may be subject to legal

action.

Zamfara Smart Cert platform operates smoothly and efficiently. However, the platform

is provided "as is," and we do not make any express or implied warranties regarding its

operation, reliability, or availability.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform,

including but not limited to delays, data loss, or technical errors.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the

jurisdiction of the courts of Zamfara State.
