 The Zamfara Smart Cert portal is solely intended for the registration, issuance, and

management of indigene certificates for residents of Zamfara State.

denial of certificate issuance.

2. Registration Process

 Applicants are required to visit their respective Local Government Area (LGA)

Council offices, where designated officials will assist in the registration and certificate

issuance process using the web portal.

 The issuance of certificates will be subject to verification and approval by authorized

officials in accordance with state regulations.

3. Payment Terms

 Payments for indigene certificates must be made through the secure Payu payment

system integrated into the platform. Users are responsible for completing the payment

process, and Zamfara Smart Cert is not liable for failed or incomplete transactions.

 Refunds are not available once payment is processed, except in cases of proven technical

errors or faults in the system. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the
